BSA, one of the leading companies in providing legal service in the middle east with 20 years of success in the market, hired LinkinSoft to deliver an HRMS system back in 2015 to manage their continuously growing team.
The main challenge in delivering the HRMS system was to provide BSA staff with a self-service
platform where employees can apply for their leaves, receive their appraisals, update their
documents, and get their applications approved without visiting the management directly.
We also had to provide a workflow for the management for approving/rejecting the various
applications types received by staff daily. We have worked with BSA to set up the appropriate
workflows based on their specific needs taking into consideration time and effort.
Blueberry tailored a solution to tackle all the challenges presented. So, we created a custom
workflow design tool where BSA can set up their workflows based on the application type.
Every workflow considered the work cycle performed, the key players, the actions taken,
and the steps through which the work cycle will flow. Moreover, administrators received
a dashboard presenting daily applications, including the actions they can perform on
every application in addition to the current status of every application.
